Artisani uses the best raw materials in the manufacture of its ice cream. Their ice cream is produced with Vigor milk and the sorbets are produced with Portuguese bottled Water. They respect the origins of the ingredients, select the best dried fruits, the best cocoa beans and the best fruits, always working with seasonal and favouring national fruits.

Artisani has been created in 2009 and quickly their ice creams have become a reference for the best ice cream made in Portugal. Artisani are homemade ice creams with the texture and freshness of true Italian artisan ice cream. They are natural and made every day.
Artisani combines the best of both worlds: the production techniques of typical Italian ice cream and the Portuguese ingredients like fresh fruits and Vigor milk. Their teachers and ice cream masters and their creativity make everything possible.

Artisani takes great care in presenting options for customers who have food intolerances. Our customers with gluten or lactose intolerances and other allergies like nuts can find in our stores solutions that enable them to enjoy ice creams or Bubble Waffles, gluten and lactose-free.
AUTHENTIC FLAVOURS
Their flavours can be traditional, homemade or original and exotic. Artisani has started a trend in Gourmet ice creams creating a set of differentiating gourmet flavours. Of the approximately two hundred recipes created by Artisani, only 18 to 25 flavours are available at ice cream parlours. The most traditional flavours are available all the times and the most exotic, in a rotation regimen.
