The Artisani ice creams are made with Vigor milk and fresh cream, their consistency is creamy and velvety, and their flavour smooth and lasting.

ICE CREAM AND sorbets WITHOUT SUGAR (RGI)

(RGI – reduced glycemic index)
The RGI ice creams are not light because the ice creams are also made with milk and cream. But they are less caloric because they their sugar only amounts to 4 calories per gram and the polyols, that replace it, are much lower in calories.

 

SORBETS

The Artisani sorbets are made with fresh fruit and Luso Water.
Because they have no added fat, they are less caloric, fresher and with a more intense flavour.
